Six Months After Revision Rhinoplasty with Nasolabial Angle, Bulbous Tip, and Columella Correction
본문

It has now been six months since I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery. The procedure included correction of the nasolabial angle, a bulbous nasal tip, and the columella, using silicone for the bridge and autologous rib cartilage for structural support.
At this stage, most of the swelling has resolved, and the overall shape of the nose appears to have stabilized well. I initially had a short nose, but the revision brought the proportions into much better balance, and I’m quite satisfied with the outcome.
During the 2- to 3-month postoperative period, I experienced some discomfort around the philtrum and upper lip area, but that has significantly improved over time and feels much more natural now.
