Before undergoing surgery, I always felt that my nose appeared slightly upturned when viewed from the side,
and in photos, it often looked as though the midsection of my face lacked structure. I also disliked how visible my nostrils were from the front,
and I frequently found myself wishing they were less exposed. Over the years,
