One-Month Postoperative Review: Primary Rhinoplasty with Alar Base and Nasal Tip Angle Correction
본문

After undergoing rhinoplasty, I initially questioned whether I had made the right decision. While the nose itself was not painful, the donor site on my ribs—where the autologous rib cartilage was harvested—was quite painful, causing some discomfort during recovery. However, the swelling has gradually subsided, the rib pain has resolved, and I am very pleased with the overall shape. I believe the surgery was definitely worthwhile.
The symmetry of my nostrils has improved significantly, and above all, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s confident approach and thorough care made a strong positive impression. The clinic staff and coordinator were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges associated with general anesthesia, they assisted me attentively and answered all my questions with great patience.
Overall, this was a surgery I do not regret and consider a valuable investment in my appearance and confidence.
