One-Month Postoperative Review: Combined Eye and Nose Surgery
본문

As this was my first cosmetic surgery, I spent a great deal of time carefully considering and preparing for the procedure. My eyelids were naturally thin, often making it appear as if I had no double eyelids at all. While my frontal profile was acceptable, I was always conscious of the prominent dorsal hump on my nose when viewed from the side. After extensively researching through YouTube reviews and gathering information, I decided to entrust my eye and nose surgeries to Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery.
For my nose, the surgery involved the use of autologous rib cartilage combined with a silicone implant, while the eye surgery was performed using a buried suture, non-incisional technique to enhance the eye shape. As a first-time surgery patient, I was understandably anxious about the swelling, pain, and all other aspects of the recovery process. However, whenever concerns arose, the clinic coordinator promptly consulted with Dr. Kim and provided thorough explanations, which greatly alleviated my worries and helped me recover with confidence.
Before the surgery, many around me questioned the necessity of the procedure, but now everyone compliments my appearance, and I am extremely satisfied. The side profile looks more refined, and my eyes appear brighter, resulting in an overall more vibrant facial impression. This experience has significantly boosted my confidence, and I am truly glad I made the decision to undergo surgery.
