After that, an autologous rib cartilage procedure gave me a beautiful nose, but within six months, the nose gradually lifted again and appeared pinched.

The results have been overwhelmingly successful. Using autologous rib cartilage and silicone, the height and contour of my nose were enhanced exactly as I hoped. Most importantly, issues such as retracted columella, pinched nostrils, and nostril asymmetry were fully corrected, giving me the nose I had only dreamed of.
Pain from the rib cartilage harvest lasted about a day or two, and now at two weeks post-op, the donor site only experiences mild occasional discomfort. Unlike other clinics where nurses primarily manage post-op care and the surgeon only briefly checks progress, Dr. Kim personally performed all treatments from the initial care through the two-week follow-up. The coordinator also monitored my progress closely, which made me feel truly cared for throughout the process.
