Six-Month Follow-Up Review: Pinched and Deviated Nose Correction
본문

After
The residual swelling gradually subsided starting around the two-month mark. At six months postoperatively, when viewed from the front, there is no longer any impression of collapse, and the columella (the tissue between the nostrils) stands straight and well-supported. The nasal tip appears rounder and fuller, and much of the puffiness has resolved, leaving me very satisfied with the outcome.
My previous revision surgeries showed progressive collapse over time, but the septal reinforcement and extension technique used by Dr. Kim Hyun-joo seems to effectively prevent such concerns. Although I was initially skeptical, time has proven the durability of this method.
Before, the tip of my nose had a hooked appearance that irritated me during daily routines like washing my face or applying makeup. Now, every time I look in the mirror, I can clearly see the positive transformation.
Despite my initial worries about revision surgery, I am very pleased with the results so far, and the feedback from those around me has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel confident that I will no longer experience stress related to my nose.
