Two-Month Follow-Up After Revision Rhinoplasty for Deviated Nose
본문

Due to a deviated nose, frequent nosebleeds, and nasal coldness, I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty. After consultation, I firmly chose Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery for the procedure.
A silicone implant and Megaderm (acellular dermal matrix) were used to cover the nasal dorsum, while the nasal tip was reconstructed with autologous rib cartilage. The surgery also included correction of the short nose, lowering of the columella, and adjustment of the nasolabial angle.
There has been minimal swelling, and compared to day one post-surgery, both the nasal bridge and tip have stabilized satisfactorily. Since the revision, symptoms of nasal coldness and nosebleeds have completely resolved.
