I have always been very self-conscious about my low and flat nose. No matter how much makeup I applied to compensate, the low bridge remained obvious. For my procedure, I used a silicone implant to augment the nasal bridge, combined with autologous rib cartilage to ensure the strongest and safest rhinoplasty possible. Although it has only been one week since surgery, the noticeable increase in nasal height has already made me very satisfied. I am eagerly looking forward to the removal of the internal nasal splint at two weeks, when the contours are expected to appear even more natural.
