4th Revision Rhinoplasty – 2 Weeks Post-Op

The reason I decided to undergo surgery again
was because I was still unhappy with the result after my third rhinoplasty,
especially the visible nostrils from the front.
Even though I’m older now,
I decided to give myself one final chance
and undergo what I hoped would be my last rhinoplasty.
After that, I searched extensively through YouTube, Instagram, Naver, Gangnam Unni, and Babitalk.
Among all the surgeons I found,
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim immediately stood out to me.
I watched nearly all of the videos on the RU Plastic Surgery YouTube channel,
and the more I watched,
the more I felt that I needed to meet him for a consultation.
During the consultation,
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim understood exactly what had been bothering me
and clearly identified the areas that needed improvement.
I had consulted at several other clinics,
and although RU Plastic Surgery was honestly the most expensive,
I chose the clinic because I trusted Dr. Hyun Joo Kim the most.
My surgical plan included an Innofit 3D-Customized Implant,
ear cartilage, autologous rib cartilage,
columella lowering, and fascia reinforcement for the nasal tip,
along with several other procedures that I do not remember in full detail.
After surgery, the ear and rib cartilage donor sites
were much less painful than I expected.
I had been very worried after hearing that rib cartilage harvesting could be painful,
but perhaps because of Dr. Hyun Joo Kim’s surgical technique,
I experienced very little discomfort.
The postoperative care at RU Plastic Surgery has also been excellent.
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim, the Consultation Manager,
the front desk staff, and the nurses
have all been incredibly kind and attentive.
At this point, there is nothing I would ask them to improve.
I simply hope they continue providing the same level of care.
