2 Months Post Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage & Forehead Fat Grafting – Harmonized Facial Contour
본문

Two months have passed since I underwent rhinoplasty combined with forehead fat grafting at RU Plastic Surgery.
While the first month was marked by gradual resolution of swelling and the initial settling of shape,
by the second month, the nasal contours have become noticeably more defined. Thanks to the added fat grafting,
my overall facial impression appears much softer and more balanced.
Although the nose still feels firm and slightly rigid to the touch—and doesn't quite feel like my own yet—visually,
it looks increasingly natural, and my satisfaction continues to grow.
The side profile in particular has become much smoother compared to one month ago,
blending seamlessly with the rest of my facial structure.
The donor site from the autologous rib cartilage harvest is now almost pain-free, and the redness around the scar has significantly diminished.
Just as Dr. Hyunjoo Kim explained during the preoperative consultation, the recovery process has been unfolding as expected.
With that reassurance, I feel more at ease and look forward to seeing further improvements.
