Three Months After Revision Rhinoplasty Using Autologous Rib Cartilage at RU Plastic Surgery

It has already been three months since
I underwent revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Immediately after surgery, I experienced considerable swelling and some discomfort,
which initially caused me concern. However, as time passed,
the swelling subsided significantly, and the overall appearance of my nose has become much more natural.
Compared to before, my nasal contours appear more refined, especially noticeable in photos.
Although the healing process inside the nostrils took slightly longer than the donor site where the rib cartilage was harvested,
I no longer feel any significant discomfort.
Since this was a revision procedure,
I was understandably worried going into surgery. But as of now,
I’m quite satisfied with the results and the recovery process.
