My nose was naturally low and wide,
which made my facial features look less defined from the front.
I had previously undergone rhinoplasty,
but my nose still appeared broad in photos,
and that continued to bother me.
Because of that,
I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage
to achieve a more complete and natural improvement.
The look I wanted was a naturally elevated nose,
not something overly dramatic.
While browsing reviews of RU Plastic Surgery,
I noticed many cases that matched exactly the style I was looking for,
which is how I first discovered the clinic.
During my consultation,
both the Consultation Manager and Dr. Hyun Joo Kim were very thorough.
The surgical plan and anatomy were explained in detail using presentation materials,
and the Consultation Manager was also very kind,
which gave me a great sense of trust.
While consulting with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim,
he carefully explained the ideal nasal proportions for my face
and recommended a plan that would best suit my features.
In the end,
we decided to use a silicone implant for the bridge
and autologous rib cartilage for the tip.
One thing that surprised me during recovery
was how little bruising I experienced.
I also felt that the swelling went down relatively quickly.
As the swelling improved,
my nose began to look naturally more defined,
and I became increasingly satisfied with the result.
Most importantly,
my facial features now appear much clearer and more refined overall,
which has made me even happier with the outcome.
