3 Months Post-Op: Third-Time Revision Rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery

It’s now been three months since my third rhinoplasty—this was my second revision procedure.
Ever since the most recent surgery, I’ve had so many people ask me where I got it done,
commenting that it looks significantly better than before.

By now, the major swelling has completely subsided, and even the residual swelling has reduced significantly compared to the early stages.
Since my previous surgery also involved rib cartilage, we didn’t harvest new cartilage this time. Instead,
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim reused the existing rib graft and supplemented it with auricular cartilage.
The correction of the tip drooping has been especially satisfying, and I’m very happy with the current nasal shape. I genuinely hope this will be my final surgery.
