6-Month Follow-Up After Contracted Nose Revision Using Autologous Rib Cartilage

Over time, I came to realize that I was experiencing symptoms of nasal contracture.
As someone whose profession involves frequent photo and video shoots,
as well as exposure through social media,
I became increasingly self-conscious
and ultimately decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty
to address my contracted nose.
While researching clinics specializing in contracted nose revision on various platforms,
I learned that using autologous rib cartilage

to minimize the risk of recurrent inflammation.

this time I had only a faint bruise on the nasal dorsum
after the splint was removed.
The absence of significant bruising
was truly surprising and greatly appreciated.
The surgical results exceeded my expectations.
Although some hypertrophic scarring developed postoperatively,

with regular steroid and stem cell injections
during follow-up visits,
leading to significant improvement over time.
