Rhinoplasty Revision for Deviated & Pinched Nose with Forehead Fat Grafting – 2 Weeks Post-Op at RU Plastic Surgery

I recently underwent a rhinoplasty revision and forehead fat grafting at RU Plastic Surgery.
Since I live abroad, I had a remote consultation first and secured my surgery date with a deposit.
I visited the clinic in person the day before the surgery for an in-depth consultation.
I had done extensive research on Naver and app reviews beforehand,
and it was clear that Dr. Hyun Joo Kim had significant experience with revision rhinoplasty. During the face-to-face consultation,
he carefully analyzed my concerns—particularly my previously deviated and pinched nose—and explained the best approach in detail,
almost like a lecture, which was very reassuring.
Post-surgery, I returned for wound care and was impressed that Dr. Kim personally performed the sterilization, rather than leaving it to a nurse,
which had been the case at other clinics. After completing my two-week postoperative care,
I returned overseas and have had no complications so far.
Knowing the risk of infection after revision surgery, especially while living abroad,
I was also given antibiotics in advance—this level of thorough care was a first for me.
As for the results: my nose is now smoothly contoured and elevated just as I had hoped,
and the previous uneven shape of my forehead has become naturally rounded without looking overfilled.
I'm very pleased with the outcome.
