At two months post-op, the swelling has gone down significantly compared to the one-month mark, and the shape of my nose looks much more natural.
My goal was to achieve a naturally elevated look—not too obvious—and I’m very satisfied with the result.
Only the people with really sharp eyes can tell I had surgery; everyone else just asks if I lost weight and says I look prettier overall, even saying my lips look more defined.

For reference, both the nasal bridge and tip were done using autologous rib cartilage.
I also had saddle nose correction and osteotomy as part of the procedure.
