3 Months After Septal Reconstruction and Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty

It’s now been three months since my surgery, and I can feel that the tip of my nose has softened a bit, and most of the swelling has gone down.
I've started to hear compliments like “Your nose looks really pretty” or “Something about your face looks more refined,”
which makes me feel great. I enjoy doing my makeup more now, and I don’t even need to contour my nose heavily anymore—the shape holds itself beautifully.
Of course, every experience is different, but I personally feel extremely satisfied with the outcome of my rhinoplasty.
I especially love how my side profile looks—it turned out just the way I had hoped.
There’s no discomfort, no regrets—this truly feels like one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I can’t wait for the day it fully settles in and truly feels like my own nose.
