3 Months After My Fourth-Time Revision Rhinoplasty for Short Nose

It has been three months since I underwent my fourth revision rhinoplasty
with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
At first, I felt anxious because the swelling seemed to subside
more slowly than I had expected.
In photos, my nose still appeared slightly puffy,
but in person, it looked much more natural and well balanced.
People around me have also commented
that my nose now looks more natural
and suits my face very well.
Between the first and second month,
the tip of my nose occasionally looked slightly bruised,
only to clear up again.
When I asked Dr. Kim about this,
he explained that it is a normal part of the healing process,
which reassured me greatly.
Now that I’ve reached the three-month mark,
that bruised appearance has completely disappeared,
which has been a huge relief.
Even the runny nose I experienced after surgery
has now resolved on its own.
As for the overall shape,
I am very happy with the results so far.
I still hope that the remaining swelling continues to decrease
and that the stiffness at the tip softens further with time.
Overall, however,
I am truly satisfied
and feel optimistic that my nose will look even more natural
as healing continues.
