I previously suffered from severe rhinitis,

I wanted a nasal tip that was sharp yet softly rounded and well-defined.
Given the extent of correction required,
I imagine my case was quite complex.
It has only been one week since surgery,
so there is still noticeable swelling
and the lines are not fully defined yet.
However, even at this stage,
my previously hidden columella is now visible,
and my nasal tip is clearly higher—
I can even see the tip when I look downward.
