1 Month After My Autologous Costal Cartilage Rhinoplasty (Male)

It has been one month since I underwent autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty
at RU Plastic Surgery.
To be honest, at first,
I worried that I might have rushed into the decision
and kept wondering if I should have thought it through more.
However, now all I hear from people around me
is how natural my nose looks,
how much more dimension my face has,
and how well it suits me overall.
My short nose—which had always been a major insecurity—
has been completely corrected.
I have absolutely no regrets,
and I am genuinely very satisfied with the result.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim.
In addition to the primary procedure,
he also corrected my bulbous nasal tip.
Because my columella was recessed,
he performed columellar strut grafting to bring it down.
All of these procedures were done using my own autologous rib cartilage.
Even at this early stage,
seeing the current shape of my nose,
I am already very happy with how the result is developing.
