One Month After Short Nose Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Costal Cartilage
본문

Before / 1m post-op
It has been one month since I underwent revision rhinoplasty for my short nose with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Many of the concerns I had before surgery have improved significantly,
and I am very happy with the overall result so far. A lot of the swelling has also subsided over the past month,
so my nose is gradually looking more natural and refined, which makes me even more satisfied with the outcome.
I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty because I was not satisfied with the shape of my nose after my previous surgery.
For this revision, autologous costal cartilage and a silicone implant were used.
The surgical plan also included nasolabial angle adjustment
and columellar lowering to improve the appearance of my short nose and create a more balanced nasal shape.
Although I am still only one month post-op and the healing process is ongoing,
I am already very pleased with the improvements and look forward to seeing my nose become even more natural as the remaining swelling continues to subside.
