1. Reason for Revision
I had my first rhinoplasty about 10 years ago, but the result left my nose overly upturned,
which I was never satisfied with.
That ultimately led me to pursue revision surgery.

3. Surgical Details
I underwent revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip
and a silicone implant for the nasal dorsum.
The main goal was to correct my short nose
and achieve a more natural, semi-straight profile,
which Dr. Kim agreed would suit my facial features well.
4. Post-Surgery Experience
Dr. Kim’s professionalism gave me so much confidence
that I didn’t feel the need to ask many questions—
everything was handled smoothly and systematically.
The clinic was very clean,
and I appreciated not having to wait long for postoperative checkups.
The aftercare system was also excellent.
My new nasal line now sits lower,
exactly the way I had hoped for.
I can’t help but think how different things might have been
if I had achieved this result from the beginning.
I don’t expect to need another surgery after this,
but if I ever did,
I would return to RU Plastic Surgery without hesitation.
