1 Month Post-Op After Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty @ RU Plastic Surgery

Honestly... I barely even remember what my old nose looked like anymore (maybe because I don’t want to).
But if I had to recall—it used to bother me a lot, especially when I smiled. That bulbous tip? Gone!
I naturally had a decent bridge before surgery, so I was a bit worried it might end up too much,
but wow… my nose came out perfectly balanced and really suits my face! I’m so, so happy with how it turned out—elegant but not overdone.
People around me can’t even tell I had surgery—they’re like
“Did you get something done? You just look… fancier somehow?”
And yes… the side profile? Absolutely killer
There’s still a bit of swelling on the tip, so it looks slightly rounded,
but I’m taking my time and not rushing it. Good things take time, right?
I’ve been applying scar ointment regularly on my rib incision—
they told me it takes a while to fade completely, but they also offer scar treatment so I’m not worried at all.
Also—funny how all my friends who told me “Why get a nose job?” are now saying “Why didn’t you do it sooner? It looks amazing.”
Right now, I’m at 1000% satisfaction. Zero regrets.
