3 Months Post-Op: Contracted Nose Revision Surgery at R U Plastic Surgery
본문

It’s now been three months since my revision rhinoplasty for a contracted nose at R U Plastic Surgery.
Most of the residual swelling is completely gone, though there’s still a slight redness at the tip of my nose. During my 3-month follow-up,
Dr. Kim Hyun-joo reassured me that the redness will naturally fade over time, so there’s no need to worry.
At this stage, there are no signs of infection, no discomfort, and no symptoms of contracture recurrence—which I’m incredibly relieved about.
I'm also really happy with the overall nose shape. Comparing my photos from before and after surgery,
I can clearly see a big difference not only from the side profile but especially from the front—the nostril exposure has improved a lot, which was a key issue for me before.
The surgery was performed using only autologous rib cartilage and fascia, and I’m genuinely glad I chose to go with this method.
