1 Month Post-Op After Primary Rhinoplasty with Rib Cartilage (Bulbous Tip Correction + Osteotomy + Nasolabial Angle Adjustment)
본문

I had my first rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery,
and I’m already extremely happy with the results
just one month after surgery.
The swelling went down much faster than I expected,
and the concerns I had about my bulbous nasal tip
and low nasal bridge have improved noticeably.
I can now take photos with a regular camera—
no filters or edits needed anymore.
At my one-month follow-up,
Dr. Hyunjoo Kim kindly addressed all of my questions
and carefully checked my healing progress.
I truly appreciated how attentive and thorough he was.
For my surgery, the procedures included:
- Autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip
- Silicone implant for the nasal bridge
- Bulbous tip correction
- Osteotomy
- Nasolabial angle correction
In short, I had a comprehensive procedure.
Even so, I can already tell that it was absolutely worth it.
The nasal tip is still slightly swollen,
but I’m excited to see how it continues to refine
over the next few weeks.
It already looks great—and I know it will only get better.
