Since getting the cast removed,
the swelling has been gradually subsiding.
I’ve been taking daily selfies to track the changes,
and my nasal line is slowly becoming slimmer —
honestly, it’s starting to look almost sculpted.
Because I had a significant amount of internal scar tissue,
breathing felt somewhat uncomfortable at first.
However, this has been improving steadily,
and I can clearly feel the difference.
I’m gradually getting used to my new face,
but sometimes I find myself thinking,
“Did I really change that much?”
Then I look at my preoperative photos
and feel genuinely shocked by the transformation.
The phrase “humans are creatures of forgetfulness”
feels incredibly accurate right now.
I specifically asked Dr. Hyun Joo Kim
for a sharp yet slightly glamorous nasal line,
and I truly believe he achieved exactly what I was hoping for.
The change in my side profile is honestly indescribable.
Even the asymmetry of my nostrils has been corrected —
and I didn’t even request that in particular.
There is still some residual swelling around the nasal bridge and tip,
so I’m really looking forward to seeing
how the shape continues to refine over time.
Throughout the entire process,
the consultation manager was also incredibly attentive and supportive,
which made me feel reassured at every stage of recovery.
