This is my one-month post-op review after getting a rib cartilage nose revision surgery with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at R U Plastic Surgery!

Most of the swelling from the beginning has gone down,
and the pain when touching my nose has also decreased a lot.
I heard that the swelling keeps going down until around 3 to 6 months,
so I’m really looking forward to how it’ll look in the end.
As the swelling goes down,
I can really see how the crooked columella has been corrected,
and I feel like the overall shape—like the height of the nose and how much my nostrils show—
really suits my face well now.
I personally wanted a very natural look that fit my face,
and in that regard, I’m super satisfied ㅎㅎ
My nose used to be really crooked,
but now that it looks pretty, I feel like my whole image has changed quite a bit.
People around me don’t immediately recognize what changed,
but they keep saying I look prettier somehow—
every time I hear that, I feel so proud!
Sometimes I think, “I should’ve done this sooner,”
but at the same time, I feel like no other clinic would’ve done it this well,
so I’m honestly proud of myself for waiting until I found Dr. Kim.
I’m really happy with the results,
and I hope my review helps someone else out there!
