Facelift + Upper and Lower Eyelid Revision Surgery Review
본문

Lately, my face was sagging a lot, the facial lines were all soft and blurry, and I got really bothered by my nasolabial folds and the so-called “bulldog cheeks” near my smile lines.
So I spent time browsing plastic surgery sites and downloaded some apps, bookmarking reviews I liked, asking questions, and consulting at several clinics.
I got the most quotes for facelift and lower eyelid revision surgeries, and since I wasn’t happy with my double eyelid line either, I decided to do upper eyelid surgery at the same time.
Honestly, I had lower eyelid surgery about 10 years ago, and the thought of having to do it again—not just fat repositioning but a full revision—was really frustrating. But three different clinics all said I needed revision for the same reasons, so I accepted it and thought, “Well, better to get it done properly.” ^^
The clinic I picked had the best reviews on the forums I trusted, and their price was reasonable compared to others.
It was a one-doctor clinic, and I had a lot of talks with the surgeon and felt a lot of kindness even while arranging the surgery date with the staff.
That was a big reason I chose them. I know surgery skill is important, but the friendliness of the staff matters a lot, too.
Some clinics act differently after surgery, and I wanted to avoid that kind of vibe.
Now, it’s been over two months since surgery, the swelling on my cheekbones that was so puffy at first has gone down a lot, and the double eyelid line that felt too much has settled just right.
The swelling has gone down enough that I can wear makeup and go out, and my coworkers keep telling me I look so pretty.
Thanks to that, I’ve been enjoying putting on makeup lately! ^^
I had the surgery done by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
