Ever since I was young,
the area between my eyebrows beneath my brow bone was noticeably sunken,
so I always wished I could have a higher bridge and a more refined nasal tip.
I had already decided that I would get rhinoplasty after finishing my military service,

instead of a standard implant,
as it would provide a better fit for my facial structure.
For the nasal tip,
autologous rib cartilage was used,
along with columella correction,
nasolabial angle adjustment,
and bulbous tip correction.
It has now been three months since my surgery,
and as the remaining swelling continues to improve,
my nasal contour has become even more defined.
The biggest change for me
is how much slimmer my nose looks from the front.
I'm also very happy that my side profile
is gradually settling into the straight bridge
I had hoped for.
Immediately after surgery,
the rib cartilage donor site was actually the most uncomfortable part,
but now I can go about my daily life
with almost no discomfort at all.
My family and friends have all commented
that my facial features look much more refined
and that my overall appearance has improved.
Hearing those compliments always makes me smile.
Every time I look in the mirror,
