Six-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty

It has been approximately six months since I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
The aspects I am most satisfied with are the correction of my short nose and the improvement in columellar projection.
Before surgery, my columella was not well defined, and I am very pleased that this area now has a more balanced and natural appearance.
I have not yet had my six-month postoperative follow-up, but overall, I am satisfied with how the nose has settled over time.
There is still some scar tissue remaining along the inner aspect of the columella,
so I plan to discuss this again during my next follow-up and ask whether additional laser treatment for the scar tissue would be appropriate.
At this stage, I am especially pleased with the improvement in the overall nasal proportions and the more defined appearance of the columella.
