2-Month Update on Male Rhinoplasty Using Autologous Rib Cartilage
본문

I have prominent brow bones, but I was disappointed by the lack of a nasal bridge between my eyes.
For cosmetic reasons, I decided to undergo rhinoplasty using my own rib cartilage.
I found R U Plastic Surgery through online searches, and after seeing the surgery reviews and photos that matched the look I wanted,
I immediately made a reservation thanks to the very kind and detailed consultation with the director and staff.
My nasal bridge was reconstructed with a silicone implant, and the tip was reshaped using autologous rib cartilage.
Additionally, I had correction for a bulbous tip and a short nose.
During the recovery period right after surgery, the pain at the rib cartilage donor site was more manageable than I expected,
and although it was quite difficult to breathe through my nose, I was very pleased with the new shape of my nose.
Now at two months post-op, as the swelling continues to subside, I’m very satisfied with the results.
