3 Months Post-Op: Chin Advancement (Genioplasty) + Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty

I’ve always had a really small lower face and short chin.
I thought about getting chin fillers at one point, but I just rolled with the “cute” look and never actually went through with any treatments.
Then I came to RU Plastic Surgery for a rhinoplasty consult…
and that’s when I started getting curious about my chin too
Dr. Kim said I was a great candidate for correcting a receding chin, so I decided to do both nose and chin at the same time!
Now at 3 months post-op, the swelling has gone down a lot,
and the chin looks more refined, nicely projected, and even makes my lips look more tucked in.
My whole face just looks more sculpted and balanced now.
As for my nose, I asked for something elevated but not overdone.
I specifically requested a rounded tip—not pointy—and I feel like Dr. Kim really nailed the shape I was going for.
The results honestly match what I had in mind so closely, I couldn’t be happier!
