1 Month After Autologous Rib Cartilage Surgery for Low Nose
본문

I had been self-conscious about my low nasal bridge for a long time,
and even with contouring makeup, it never looked defined enough.
Taking photos was always stressful
because I constantly had to worry about finding the right angle.
What ultimately pushed me toward surgery
was how nasal filler gradually spread over time,
making my nose look wide and unnatural—almost like an “avatar nose.”
I came across RU Plastic Surgery through a YouTuber’s video,
and after seeing the natural-looking before-and-after results,
I decided to book a consultation.
During the consultation, Dr. Hyunjoo Kim was extremely thorough.
He carefully designed a nose that suited my facial structure,
which gave me the confidence to proceed with surgery.
For the procedure, a silicone implant was used for the nasal bridge,
and autologous rib cartilage was used for the nasal tip.
Although the swelling has not fully subsided yet,
I already like the overall shape.
I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to refine as the swelling goes down.
It may not be 100% perfect just yet,
but overall, I’m very satisfied with the results so far.
