3 Months After the Third Rib Cartilage Revision Rhinoplasty
본문

It has now been three months since I underwent revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
The procedure included correction of a bulbous nose, osteotomy, nasolabial angle refinement, and deviation correction.
The reason for undergoing another revision was due to significant nasal deviation and an overall bulky appearance that didn’t harmonize well with the rest of my facial features.
I also had a retracted columella and a short, upturned nose—issues I hoped to address with this surgery.
So far, I’m very satisfied with the results. The major swelling has gone down, and while some residual swelling remains,
the nasal line and tip shape have both become much more refined and balanced overall.
