9 Months Postoperative: Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty and Forehead Fat Grafting
본문

It has now been 9 months since I underwent rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage along with forehead fat grafting.
My previous nose had been augmented with filler, which resulted in a dorsum that appeared overly thick and unnatural.
Reflecting back, I am confident that undergoing surgery was the right decision.
While the nasal tip has become firmer and a scar remains at the rib cartilage donor site,
the overall aesthetic and structural improvements far outweigh these minor drawbacks.
My facial contour now appears more refined and balanced, and my overall impression has improved significantly.
I believe the simultaneous forehead fat grafting played a key role in enhancing my profile.
Although I initially had concerns about the fat graft not sustaining long-term volume—
especially since many people mention the need for a secondary session—
I feel that the first graft has survived well and yielded satisfying results.
