One-Month Postoperative Review Following Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery
본문

It has been one month since I underwent rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage.
I decided to have the surgery because I was dissatisfied with how my nose appeared — especially the way it spread out
and how the alar base seemed droopy when viewed from the side.
I wanted to correct these features for a more refined look.
After reading numerous reviews and doing extensive research,
I concluded that autologous rib cartilage would be the most suitable material for me.
I began searching for a clinic that specialized in this method and eventually found RU Plastic Surgery.
What convinced me to schedule the procedure was not only the detailed consultation
but also their lifetime revision guarantee and systematic postoperative care.
I underwent short nose correction, columellar lengthening, and nasolabial angle correction performed by Dr. Hyun Joo Kim.
The surgery involved the use of autologous rib cartilage along with a silicone implant.
Now that one month has passed, much of the swelling has subsided. My nose looks slimmer and more refined,
and the overall contour of my profile has improved significantly.
I’ve especially noticed an improvement in the appearance of lip protrusion when viewed from the side. So far, I’m very satisfied with the results.
