I had been wanting to correct my deviated nose, which was the result of an accident in childhood.
My goal was to address both the aesthetic and functional issues—bringing my nose, which leaned to the right,
back to the center, while maintaining a natural shape by refining only the dorsal hump.
I extensively researched similar cases related to functional rhinoplasty through various platforms and apps,

I decided on a hybrid approach: silicone for the nasal dorsum and autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip,
as recommended by Dr. Kim. I also underwent functional nasal surgery,
including septoplasty for a deviated septum and inferior turbinate reduction to address chronic rhinitis.
The outcome has exceeded my expectations:
The deviated nose was corrected and now sits perfectly centered.

I experienced almost no bruising, and now, three months post-op, no one notices I’ve had surgery unless I mention it.

I used to suffer from severe morning headaches due to nasal obstruction—this has now been completely resolved.
