6 Months Post-Op Review: Incisional Ptosis Correction, Autologous Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty, and Buccal Fat Removal
본문

It’s now been over six months since I had
incisional ptosis correction,
rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage,
and deep buccal fat removal.
From about two months post-op,
I didn’t experience any discomfort in daily life.
The most noticeable change between month 2 and now is the swelling around my eyes.
My double eyelid line has become much thinner and more natural.
I’ve also lost a bit of weight,
which seems to have helped refine my overall facial contours.
Previously, I had a lot of facial baby fat,
but the deep buccal fat removal really made a difference in slimming my face.
Even people who had already complimented my natural results early on
now say it looks even better as the swelling has gone down—
some even admitted they were tempted to get surgery themselves.
My congenital ptosis has been successfully corrected,
and my eyes feel lighter and more open.
I also underwent functional rhinoplasty, and although I can’t say
there’s a dramatic improvement in my allergic rhinitis symptoms,
the nasal shape and structure turned out just as I wanted.
There haven’t been any complications,
and I haven’t needed to return for a follow-up in a while.
I’m extremely satisfied with the results.
