I chose to undergo rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery with the goal of achieving a more defined T-zone and correcting my low, wide nasal tip. I opted for a straight nasal bridge, and the procedure involved the use of a 3mm silicone implant for the dorsum and autologous rib cartilage for tip refinement, combined with septal extension and reinforcement.
At the one-month mark, the results are stable, and I haven’t experienced any signs of nasal tip drooping. The projection of the nasal tip has improved significantly, which also gives the appearance of reduced nostril width—a particularly satisfying outcome.
I've received many compliments from those around me saying I look more refined and handsome, which has been encouraging. Above all, I’m particularly pleased with how naturally the overall improvement has been achieved. It blends seamlessly with my facial features and enhances my appearance without an overtly surgical look.
