6 Months After Revision Rhinoplasty for Deviated and Asymmetric Nose
본문

After having rhinoplasty in my twenties, I became increasingly stressed as my nose gradually became deviated and asymmetric over time. This experience made me hesitant and uneasy about undergoing another nose surgery, so I deliberated on the decision for quite a while.
Then, my mother, who went for double eyelid surgery, recommended RU Plastic Surgery as the best clinic for nose procedures, based on her surgeon’s advice. I found out that Dr. Hyunjoo Kim is well-known for autologous rib cartilage rhinoplasty. I also underwent revision surgery using rib cartilage, and the pain was less severe than I had anticipated.
At one month and three months post-op, I received many compliments on the successful outcome, and I was very satisfied myself. Now, nearly six months have passed, and I can definitely feel that the swelling has significantly reduced. The pain has completely disappeared, and the shape of my nose is gradually becoming more aligned with my desired look, which I like even better than the initial result.
Overall, my quality of life has greatly improved. I used to unconsciously lower my head to hide my nose when taking photos or meeting people, but those small habits have been corrected. I am truly grateful to this clinic in many ways.
