Reason for Undergoing Rhinoplasty and One-Month Postoperative Experience After Male Straight-Line Rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery

I had long felt that my nasal tip appeared blunt and drooped,
which made the center of my face look less defined.
Because of this, I wanted to change my nose
to a straight nasal line that would look natural
yet create a clearer and more structured impression.
While searching for “male straight-line nose,”

Almost all of the photos that made me think,

In fact, after the morning following surgery,
I experienced almost no nosebleeds.
The swelling was not severe,
and the pain was minimal,
making recovery very comfortable.
Chest discomfort from the rib cartilage harvest
was also much less than I had expected,
and I was able to return to daily activities relatively quickly,
although I did feel mild discomfort
when walking for extended periods.
It has now been about one month
since the functional rhinoplasty.
Most of the major swelling has subsided,
and my nose has settled into the straight line I had hoped for.
The result looks natural yet well-defined,
and people around me frequently say
that the outcome looks very good.
The drooping of the nasal tip has clearly improved as well.
