Six-Month Postoperative Review After Sixth Extreme Revision Rhinoplasty
본문

Now that more than six months have passed since my revision rhinoplasty,
my nose has settled into a much more natural appearance.
The asymmetry of my nostrils has improved significantly,
and it no longer causes the level of concern it once did.
The nasal shape now aligns well with my facial features
and reflects exactly what I had hoped for.
I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Kim Hyun Joo for this outcome.
With seasonal changes,
I have experienced some allergy-related symptoms,
including frequent nasal discharge and congestion.
However, these symptoms have improved considerably
with saline irrigation and allergy medication.
I continue to be diligent with care
to prevent any inflammation from developing.
Issues with my nose that other surgeons had told me
would be difficult or impossible to improve
were clearly addressed through this revision surgery.
In addition, the postoperative care has been exceptionally thorough,
allowing me to achieve a result I am truly satisfied with.
I remain deeply appreciative of
Dr. Kim Hyun Joo’s meticulous skill and expertise,
as well as the consistently kind and attentive coordinators and nursing staff.
Having gone through a challenging process,
I am committed to ongoing care
to maintain the current condition of my nose long-term.
The materials used for this surgery
were autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip
and silicone for the nasal bridge.
