Three Months After Revision Rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery
본문

It has been three months since my revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
Before surgery, my nose had a high radix with a short nasal structure,
which created the impression of a drooping nasal tip.
In the early postoperative period, I experienced some discomfort from the autologous rib cartilage harvest,
but as recovery progressed, healing was relatively quick.
Because functional rhinoplasty was performed at the same time,
breathing has become noticeably more comfortable overall.
As time passes, the nose continues to change in a gradual and natural way.
Looking back, I am glad that I invested the time and effort into thoroughly researching before revision surgery.
Dr. Hyunjoo Kim provided very detailed and clear explanations throughout the process,
which greatly reduced any concerns I had.
Rather than simply increasing height, I came to realize that achieving a natural result
that suits one’s individual facial structure is far more important.
Regarding internal scar tissue, I was informed that additional treatment would be discussed if needed at a later stage.
Most of the swelling has subsided, and I am currently enjoying daily life without difficulty.
