Two Months After Combined Contracted Nose Revision, Eye Revision, and Facial Contouring
본문

This was my third rhinoplasty.
The first surgery was performed using silicone,
but I experienced implant extrusion as a complication.
After silicone removal, I underwent a second surgery at a clinic
known for autologous rib cartilage.
However, over time, contracture developed,
my already short nose became even shorter,
and excessive nostril show caused significant stress.
Wearing a mask became part of my daily life.
Because the previous surgeries were done at well-known hospitals,
I began to feel that the outcome would be similar no matter where I went,
and I was close to giving up.
While in that mindset, I came across reviews of contracted nose revision
at RU Plastic Surgery.
The results looked very natural,
and the clinic’s specialization in contracture revision gave me confidence.
I decided to visit for what I thought would be my final consultation.
After reviewing Dr. Hyunjoo Kim’s contracted nose revision cases
and receiving a very thorough and honest consultation,
I made my decision without visiting any other clinics.
Along with the contracted nose revision,
I also underwent facial contouring surgery
and revision eye surgery for a previous non-incisional procedure done ten years ago.
I had long been concerned about layered double eyelids
and weak eyelid opening strength.
I had also been hesitant about cheekbone and jaw contouring
because it felt like a major operation,
but now I wonder why I did not do it sooner.
Although some swelling still remains,
at the two-month mark my overall facial balance and impression
feel significantly improved.
Issues such as glasses or sunglasses slipping down
and my face appearing larger when wearing a hat
have resolved completely.
This kind of change is something
only those who experience it firsthand can truly understand.
