1-Month Post-Op Autologous Rib Rhinoplasty Review

Since I was young, I felt my nose looked small and my columella was retracted,
so from both the front and side views, my nose lacked presence
compared to my eyes and lips.
After becoming an adult, I decided that if I was going to do it,
I should do it sooner and enjoy my twenties with confidence.

Because it was my first rhinoplasty, I was honestly very scared
and researched extensively. I had even booked surgery
at another clinic a month earlier,
but the more reviews I saw, the more I felt
the aesthetic didn’t align with my taste.

just one day before my originally planned surgery.

At first, I was worried about using autologous rib cartilage,

My surgical plan included a silicone implant for the bridge,
autologous rib cartilage for the tip,
nasolabial angle correction, and short nose correction.
I wanted a natural straight bridge,
a softly rounded tip,
minimal nostril show,
and a feminine look without appearing masculine.
The result matches exactly what I asked for,
so I’m extremely satisfied.
I’m someone who usually bruises and swells a lot,
but surprisingly, I had very minimal bruising and swelling
even right after surgery.
Now at one month post-op,
the nasal line already looks beautiful,
and I’m excited to see it settle even more naturally.
