Two Weeks After Autologous Rib, Implant-Free Rhinoplasty

Before surgery, my main concern was my bulbous nose.
Rather than an overly dramatic change, I wanted a result that looked natural.
Among the clinics I researched,

I decided to undergo my first rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim.
My procedure was performed without synthetic implants, using only autologous rib cartilage.
From my personal experience, postoperative swelling and bruising were less severe than I had anticipated.
This gave me the impression that Dr. Kim’s surgical technique is both refined and precise.
Although more time is needed to fully assess the final outcome,
the current appearance is natural and consistent with what I had hoped for.
There is still some residual swelling at the nasal tip,
but overall, I am satisfied with the progress so far.
