As sufficient time has passed since surgery,
most of the major swelling has subsided,
and the nasal bridge and tip lines have settled naturally.
The previously short appearance of the nasal tip has improved,
creating a more balanced overall facial proportion.
Both frontal and lateral views are now much more harmonious,
