2 Months After Primary Rhinoplasty for Bulbous Nose (Male)

I underwent rhinoplasty to improve my bulbous nose,
and it has now been 2 months.
There is still some swelling, so overall
the nose looks slightly thick and wide,
but the arrow-like tip when smiling
and the dull impression have improved.
People around me say my overall impression
has changed a lot,
and unless someone is very observant,
they usually can’t tell I had surgery,
which makes it feel very natural.
I had the surgery with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim
at RU Plastic Surgery,
using autologous rib cartilage
and a 3D customized implant (Innofit).
