It already looked natural in the beginning,
but as the swelling gradually went down,
the skin settled much more smoothly onto the nose.
Now, it really feels like my own nose.
Even when I smile, there’s no pulling sensation,
and my facial expressions feel very natural.
People around me say that
unless I mention it first,
it just looks like I naturally had a high nose.
As the bulky appearance at the tip improved,
the overall dull impression disappeared as well.
At my 1 month follow-up,
I visited RU Plastic Surgery
to see Dr. Hyun Joo Kim directly.
I asked about the redness at the tip,
and he explained that it would gradually fade over time.
Right now, it changes depending on temperature,
but even that has been improving little by little.
While reviewing my progress photos together,
I noticed that my mouth area
looked much more balanced than before.
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim also explained that
the firmness of the nose will continue to soften gradually,
and eventually, once fully settled,
it should feel soft enough
that even rubbing the nose sideways
won’t create any unnatural sensation.
That’s something I’m really looking forward to.
