These are my thoughts now
about 3–4 months after revision rhinoplasty
at RU Plastic Surgery.
At this point, I no longer feel
any pain from the autologous rib cartilage,
and there is almost no discomfort at the nasal tip.
Most importantly, the result looks so natural
that before revision surgery,
people could tell I had rhinoplasty,
but now no one notices at all.
That is probably the part I like the most,
and I often hear compliments
about how nice my side profile looks.
The result is natural,
but the tip still has enough height
to avoid looking ordinary,
which I really like.
Before surgery, I discussed in detail

and he also explained
what angles and proportions look best for a male nose.
By balancing my preferences
with his recommendations,
the revision result turned out
exactly how I hoped,
so I’m extremely satisfied.
